The three clans are the top three powers in vampire society: the Embroche family, Officinalis family, and Pumila family. These families were once competing, but currently they’ve stopped interfering in each other’s business. Instead, they hold their own territories in the small country of Racronia. The progenitors for the Embroche family and Officinalis family keep changing, but not the Pumila family. Only the progenitor Iris Pumila, has endured from the beginning.
