A radical armed group that believes that not only vampires, but also all other monsters that pervade the human world are evil and are to be defeated. Most Rubina members are descendants, family members, and orphans who have been victimized by vampires in the past. Some of the elite are able to communicate with spirits. They possess a large number of supernatural weapons of unknown origin, but since their use is unknown, some of the agents treat them as junk.
